I made this for dessert a couple nights ago and I must say...yummmmmmmy!!!! The kids love them as well. I made the ganache topping. It's a must try!

Busy Weekend

Sat. we went to Arkansas for Logan's 3rd birthday party at Chuck-e-cheese.

and Sun. after church we went to Muskogee to check out the beautiful azaleas. It was kinda chilly and muddy but other than that it was fun.

Easter 'Fun'

Easter what can i say...is always a crazy time at our house, much like any other holiday. Here are a few photos we tried to get before church.

So my husband calls me last night about 10 min. before he was supposed to get off from work and said he just started running a part and that he'd be a little late since he had to finish running it. LIAR...........

















He suprised me with these! :) Now i'm not big on flowers because i think there is so many more things meaningful that last longer instead of something that will just die. But i don't mind the suprise every once in a while! Notice the bowl of Cadbury Creme eggs that are almost gone! :S So i guess Easter time is NOT a good time for me to diet!!

Easter

So we have a pretty busy week planned with the kids going to the dentist...dyeing Easter eggs...got to Easter egg hunts, etc. So hopefully I'll remember to take my camera and have more to post about. But for now, here is the kids Easter picture. I really love how it turned out for the most part, there would have been a few things i would have changed, but i don't think i could have gotten a much better pic of 3 kids to turn out! Anways, here's my cute kiddos!
